1. Position Information Position Title: After-Sales Warehouse Refurbishment Supervisor Location: Los Angeles area, California, United States Department: Offline RMA Dept. Reports To: Offline service Team Leader Work Address: 4705 Walker Ave, Ontario, CA 91762 2. Key Responsibilities Manage the receipt, inspection, sorting, repair, refurbishment, repacking, and restocking of returned products in accordance with established procedures. Develop and improve procedures for returns, inspection, repair, and refurbishment, including quality requirements, labor standards, and exception handling. Grade products by condition, including resale-ready, cleaning or parts replacement, repair, scrap, or vendor return, and maintain traceable records. Manage team scheduling, task assignment, training, performance, and workplace safety. Oversee spare parts, tools, and packaging supplies while controlling inventory loss and refurbishment costs. Work with Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales to address return reasons, repair issues, customer feedback, and inventory discrepancies. Track return and repair rates, refurbishment yield, turnaround time, inventory turnover, and costs; recommend improvements and ensure compliance with applicable local labor, safety, environmental, and warehouse requirements. 3. Qualifications Experience managing an after-sales warehouse, returns processing, product repair, or a refurbishment team; consumer electronics experience preferred. Knowledge of cross-border e-commerce and workflows for returns, reverse logistics, after-sales repair, and resale. Familiarity with consumer electronics inspection, fault diagnosis, repair, cleaning, parts replacement, functional testing, and repacking. Frontline team leadership skills, including setting work standards, training employees, and improving efficiency and quality. Basic data analysis and inventory management skills, with proficiency in common office software or warehouse management systems. Able to work on-site in the Los Angeles area and authorized to work legally in the United States. Fluent in Chinese with cross-cultural communication skills; experience working with Chinese-speaking teams or U.S.–China e-commerce operations preferred. Dependable and execution-focused, able to manage multiple priorities and on-site issues, with a strong commitment to product quality, workplace safety, and customer experience. English proficiency for routine workplace communication, email, and basic business documentation preferred.
