Aerospace Supply Chain Project Manager

Job Title: Aerospace Supply Chain Project Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Greensboro, NC, United States About the Role: Honda Aircraft Company, LLC is seeking an experienced Aerospace Supply Chain Project Manager in Greensboro, NC. You will lead procurement strategy, supplier project execution, and contract administration for major aerostructures and systems on the HondaJet program. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with FAA certification, schedule, and cost targets. • Lead supplier selection, commercial contract negotiations, and multi-million dollar subcontract management. • Represent Supply Chain within Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), collaborating with Engineering and Quality. • Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks to prevent aircraft assembly line disruptions. • Present executive reporting on procurement KPIs, supplier recovery plans, and program cost forecasts. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or technical engineering discipline. • 8+ years of procurement or supply chain project management experience in the aerospace industry. • Deep knowledge of aerospace materials, FAA/FAR/DFARS regulations, and supplier contract negotiations. • PMP or CPIM certification preferred; proficiency in enterprise ERP systems (SAP). • Strong stakeholder leadership, executive communication, and dispute resolution abilities.
