Advisory & Implementation Consultant - (Source-to-pay)

Title: Advisory & Implementation Consultant - (Source-to-pay) Duration: 03 months contract to start up with possible extension Location: Remote Job Summary: Senior Implementation Consultants will play a lead role within client Delivery Practice. This individual will be responsible for executing end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of one of client partner solutions including the enablement of eSourcing, eProcurement, Supplier Portal, Contract Management, and/or Spend Analysis. As a Senior Consultant, this individual will interface with key stakeholders and apply your S2P knowledge across different stages of the Software Implementation Life Cycle. They will serve as a client-facing strategic partner and solution expert who empowers clients to achieve maximum value. This individual will act as a mentor for Analysts and Consultants and is seen as a SME in at least one of our eProcurement technology platform partners. Duties & Responsibilities: Support execution of the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and deployment of the client’s selected solution, including the enablement of eSourcing, eProcurement, Supplier Portal, Contract Management, and/or Spend Analysis. Work directly with clients to understand their Source to Pay processes, business objectives, and systems. Lead deployment of solution in various environments. Review the work product of analysts and consultants. Provide direction and training as necessary. Execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and organizational restructuring. Evaluate datasets to recommend and assess production ready data. Plan and execute software solution testing, including unit, integration, and regression test plans. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of four (4) years of management consulting experience working with procurement processes (Source to Pay preferred) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions; or equivalent experience working as a super-user or administrator of the system. At least 2 years of hands-on working experience in implementing a S2P platform. For example: Delivered at least 2 large procurement transformation engagements for multinational customers Will have or will be expected to obtain platform certifications Experience with one or more of the following: direct and indirect materials, operational procurement, requirements analysis, business process design, Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), catalog management, and vendor/supplier management Functional knowledge of and hands on configuration experience enabling sourcing and procurement applications in a S2P software, including proven past experience in configuration, deployment and roll-out. Communications and presence to interact with senior client resources Strong oral and written communication skills, including compelling presentation and documentation experience (Lucidchart, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement. Strong time management skills in a multi project environment.
