This role involves collaborating with the Sales and Operations teams, managing the charting of posters, bulletins, and digital artwork, ensuring accurate posting information, creating work orders for the posting crew, and approving Proof Of Performance (POP) photos. At least 50% of your responsibilities will focus on charting, while the rest will cover various administrative support tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree (in Business, Marketing, or a related field) preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of office experience is required; college education may substitute for experience
• A valid driver's license is preferred
• Other equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

A Day in the Life:
• Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations departments
• Chart all requests, contracts, and special requests accurately and promptly
• Stay updated on all posting instructions for National Sales, processing completion reports on time
• Maintain current posting information for each client
• Upload artwork as needed and approve installation crew photographs for the POP system
• Manage posting routes and work orders
• Order and track posting supplies
• Keep an updated inventory of all printed materials
• Conduct routine checks in the market for service issues
• Assist with revenue management and clerical tasks as needed
• Provide daily reports on postings and coordinates with the team for future installations
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
• The work environment is primarily office-based.
• Physical demands include light lifting, sitting, standing, and performing clerical duties.
• Overnight travel is less than 10% of the time.
