We currently have an opening for an Administrator, Supply Chain Reporting (3 to 4 month contract), come grow with us!

This role will require a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our tariff reporting requirements. This temporary role will focus on compiling and analyzing data related to Bills of Material (BOM), supplier part origins, and basic cost and measurement calculations to ensure compliance with tariff regulations. This position will start on Monday Nov.24th and run to March 2026.

 

Key Responsibilities Include: 

  • Extract and compile part data from Bills of Material (BOM) across various product lines.
  • Create comprehensive lists of required parts and identify their country of origin using supplier data.
  • Build and maintain a structured database to support tariff reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to obtain weight and height measurements for parts.
  • Perform basic calculations, including cost estimations and unit conversions (e.g., kilograms).
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reporting documentation.

 

Do you qualify? We are seeking: 

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to ask questions and seek clarification when needed.
  • Comfortable working on-site in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous experience with BOMs, supplier data, or tariff-related reporting is an asset but not required.

Work Environment:

  • This is an on-site role based in Guelph, Ontario.
  • Temporary contract for approximately 3–4 months.
