Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Supervisor to oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. Responsibilities Supervise administrative staff, including front desk personnel, clerical team members, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment Oversee daily office operations such as filing systems, vendor management, and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication and organization Manage human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, payroll processing using Sage 50, and maintaining employee records Coordinate bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring to support financial accuracy Ensure effective phone etiquette and professional front desk interactions with clients, vendors, and visitors Oversee office supplies procurement, vendor relationships, and facility management to maintain an efficient workspace Support team management initiatives by organizing training sessions and development programs to enhance staff skills Requirements Proven supervising experience in an office or administrative setting with strong leadership capabilities Proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software for payroll and bookkeeping tasks Extensive office experience with familiarity in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally via multi-line phone systems and in person Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Experience managing vendor relationships and handling budgeting responsibilities Demonstrated ability to lead teams with a focus on training & development initiatives Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and other administrative tools Join us as an Administrative Supervisor to lead our administrative team with enthusiasm and precision.
