Intern you will support a variety of front-office and administrative functions including:
• Greet and assist visitors vendors and employees in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and messages
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception and common area environment
• Assist with visitor registration temporary badges and visitor logs
• Help manage office supply inventory and restock common areas as needed
• Support incoming and outgoing mail distribution
• Assist with package receipt and delivery coordination
• Help maintain employee contact lists and office directories
• Support invoice mailing and document distribution processes
• Assist with scheduling filing data entry and general administrative projects
• Provide support for employee events meetings and office activities
• Assist Administration and other departments with special projects and daily operational needs
• Maintain confidentiality when handling company and employee information
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Qualifications :
Minimum Qualifications:
• Candidate must be available for 3-6 months
• Must be able to commute to the city of Hawthorne CA.
• High School Degree or equivalent required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must not require future sponsorship for employment visa
• Must have the ability to work overtime in support of the department needs
• Fluent in English both written and verbal

Additional Information :
The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour
