For more information, visit our website at www.kearfott.com Job Summary: As an administrative clerk at Kearfott, you'll be instrumental in maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment while supporting administrative operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and courteous demeanor and manage check-ins with efficiency Adhere to security protocols by managing visitor logs, issuing access badges, and monitoring building entry procedures Perform clerical tasks related to import/export functions as well as shipping/receiving Fill out shipper declarations with meticulous detail for import/export Review material PO history, count, and weigh shipments or materials accurately Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or GED/equivalent required Must be bi-lingual - fluent in English and Spanish Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle client interactions and professional correspondence Must be an excellent multi-tasker with attention to detail and organization skills Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality Must be a US Citizen Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a corporate environment Mathematically inclined Knowledge of security protocols and/or experience handling sensitive data Post-secondary education is a plus This position is 100% onsite at our Brownsville, TX location.
