Pratt & Whitney is seeking an Adaptive Engines Industrial Manager to join our Adaptive Military Engines Team within the Mechanical Systems, Externals and Nacelles (MSEN) organization. In this role, you will provide technical and industrial leadership for critical hardware, supplier, and manufacturing activities supporting the successful execution of our next-generation military engine programs. You will work across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and program teams to drive hardware readiness, resolve complex technical and schedule challenges, and ensure deliverables meet customer and program commitments. What You Will Do: Own and execute the industrial hardware plan to ensure on-time delivery of parts and hardware, visibility to schedule performance, risks, supplier performance, and commitments while serving as the Hardware Control Account Manager. Serve as the central CIPT point of contact for industrial hardware, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, procurement, scrum teams, suppliers, and program leadership to ensure clear communication, timely resolution of technical questions, and alignment on priorities, status, and issues. Manage hardware execution and supplier performance by maintaining IBOM inputs, the Industrial Kanban board, supplier status meetings, QN/ESRI backlog, and purchase-order activities; provide supplier downselect recommendations to the CIPT based on program requirements and supplier performance. Drive technical definition and supplier readiness by managing ZPMs, URs, STOs, ERRs, NSE maturity, and the drawing/part-definition release train, ensuring required product definition is delivered to the supply chain at the committed cadence. Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and risk management by working with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and suppliers to develop QN dispositions, identify module- and part-level risks and gaps, and establish mitigation and gap-closure plans that support customer and program milestones. Develop and execute industrial recovery plans when hardware or supplier performance falls behind schedule, establishing clear actions, owners, and due dates; work directly with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve technical and manufacturing challenges and drive commitments to closure. Provide technical leadership and communicate program execution status across cross-functional teams, preparing and presenting hardware status, risks, delivery forecasts, and recovery plans at executive reviews when projected hardware delivery does not support program needs.
