AIM Solutions has been in business for over 25 years, specializing in ERP implementation and consulting services. We hold Acumatica's Gold Certified Partner status, the 2024 President's Club, and an Industry Edition Award for Distribution. Our clients span financials, manufacturing, distribution, eCommerce and retail, and construction, from food chains to multi-site manufacturers. We are hiring a Project Manager to own that delivery end to end: the schedule, the budget, the client relationship, and the countless decisions that keep an implementation on track. You will work directly with the Director of PMO and the rest of the delivery team, your work will be visible, and the people at AIM's practice are the people you talk to every day. We also run on a defined PMO methodology across every engagement, and this role sits right inside it. We recognize that strong Project Managers come from different backgrounds and experience levels. Whether you're looking to build your career in ERP implementations or bring years of experience to the table, we offer opportunities to contribute, take ownership, and grow. Your responsibilities will reflect your experience, capabilities, and potential. What You'll Own Own the schedule, budget, and delivery plan for each engagement, from kickoff through go-live and into hypercare support. Serve as the client's main point of contact throughout the project. Run the kickoff call, weekly status meetings, and monthly steering committee updates. Maintain the project plan and RAID log, with risks and issues tracked and visible in real time. Coordinate the Business Analyst, Technical Consultant, Customization Specialist, and Integration Specialist assigned to your engagement so their work lines up. Watch scope, budget, and timeline closely, and flag variances early. Plan and coordinate configurations, UAT, training, and the go-live cutover. Report to the Director of PMO and apply AIM's PMO methodology on every engagement, while helping and promoting it to the rest of the project team. Contribute to AIM's internal continuous-improvement initiatives. What We Look For Acumatica experience helps from day one. What we weigh more heavily is real experience leading projects and teams, enough to know what keeping one on track actually takes. Real experience leading projects or teams, in any industry. A willingness to take on a responsibility you have not done before and learn it quickly. Composure under pressure: the discipline to keep working a hard problem while keeping the client's confidence intact. Judgment to protect AIM's reputation and the client's interests at the same time. The Technical Side Alongside the leadership experience above, this role draws on a specific professional toolkit: Working knowledge of the full ERP implementation lifecycle: discovery, requirements definition, functional design, configuration, data migration, UAT, training, and go-live. Understanding of core accounting fundamentals, and how they translate into system configuration and business process design. Comfort with the disciplines that keep an implementation on track: business process mapping, scope and change management, and quality management. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, project tracking, and client reporting. Exposure to software or ERP implementation projects, as a lead, a team member, or a closely adjacent stakeholder. Acumatica experience is a plus; experience with another platform such as NetSuite, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics transfers well. Compensation and Benefits Compensation depends on the experience and scope you bring to the role. The exact title, scope, and number are set based on that conversation. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, life insurance, paid time off and medical leave, flexible schedule, and fully remote work.
