In this role, you will:
• Challenge internal needs and define appropriate procurement strategies.
• Manage consultations: sourcing, calls for tenders, analysis of proposals, and recommendations.
• Conduct commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Secure contracts: deliverables, service commitments, reversibility, intellectual property, and responsibilities.
• Structure the supplier panel and monitor their performance.
• Develop service provision models: fixed-price contracts, service centers, and nearshore/offshore arrangements.
• Monitor gains, risks, and progress of procurement actions.
Required Profile
Your profile:
You have at least 7 years of experience in purchasing IT intellectual services.
You are familiar with the complete procurement cycle and commercial and contractual negotiation.
You know the market for IT service providers and consulting firms.
Your senior position allows you to challenge the organization, influence senior stakeholders, and implement new practices.
You are autonomous, rigorous, and results-oriented.
You have a bilingual English proficiency, both written and spoken.
You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with service centers, nearshore/offshore models, and international environments is particularly appreciated. Knowledge of Ariba and Qlik is an asset.
