Role Description The Accounts Payment & Inventory role at WOLFpak is a contract, on-site position based in Costa Mesa, CA. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, monitoring accounts payable, and ensuring timely and accurate payments. Day-to-day tasks include reconciling statements, maintaining up-to-date records in finance and inventory systems, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies. The role also involves tracking inventory levels, assisting with stock counts, updating inventory databases, and supporting reorder decisions to maintain product availability. The individual in this position will collaborate closely with operations and customer service to support smooth supply chain and financial workflows. Qualifications Ability to apply strong analytical skills to reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and interpret inventory and payment data. Clear and professional communication skills to work effectively with vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Foundational finance skills, including familiarity with accounts payable processes, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping. Experience in customer service or account management to support vendor relationships and ensure responsive, solution-oriented interactions. Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and accounting or inventory software is highly beneficial. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or inventory management is a plus. High school diploma required; additional coursework or degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
