Accounts Payable -- Logistics

We’re looking for an AP Specialist to join our team! Requirements: Logistics industry experience is required. Must be proficient in CargoWise. Must be able to communicate in Chinese. Familiar with accounts payable, invoice processing, and vendor reconciliation. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up on payment issues. Available to start soon preferred. Responsibilities: Review and enter vendor invoices and logistics charges. Coordinate payment approvals and maintain payment records. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
