What You'll Do:

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll be the hero of numbers and strategy, responsible for keeping our financials as solid as our cutting-edge tech. Your tasks include:

• Leading all aspects of day-to-day accounting operations—from accounts payable/receivable to general ledger mastery.
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements with a forward-thinking perspective.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. (We’re about innovation, not stress!)
• Partnering with leadership to develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Guiding the accounting team like the supportive and empowering leader you are.

What You Bring:

Here’s what we’re looking for in our dream candidate:

• Leadership Style: A proven commitment to servant leadership, fostering an environment where your team feels supported, valued, and empowered.
• Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years in accounting/financial management, with leadership chops.
• Skills: Tech-savviness (experience with accounting software and Sage Intacct is a plus), a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to simplify complex financial data.
• Energy: You’re passionate about your work and love adding personality to your projects.
