North Scaffold Products is a scaffold distribution company located in Delta, BC, supplying access related equipment throughout Canada. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment to join our team as an Accounting & Inventory Coordinator . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing and accounts receivable while also supporting inventory control, purchasing, receiving, and rental operations. This role is well suited to someone with a strong accounting background who is also interested in the operational side of the business. The position will work closely with our Controller, purchasing department, and management team, with opportunity to grow in responsibility as the company continues to expand. Job duties: Manage customer invoicing, accounts receivable, and customer account follow-up. Receive purchase orders and incoming shipments into the ERP system. Allocate freight, duties, tariffs, and related costs to maintain accurate inventory costing. Perform inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and regular inventory reviews. Use Power BI and ERP reporting to monitor inventory levels and support purchasing decisions. Manage rental billing, including partial shipments, returns, and equipment discrepancies. Assist with improving accounting, inventory, and rental processes within the ERP system. Support month-end accounting and provide regular reporting to the Controller and management team. Job requirements: Strong understanding of accounts receivable, invoicing, and general accounting processes. Comfortable working with inventory and operational processes in addition to traditional accounting responsibilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies. Ability to read and understand purchase orders, invoices, freight bills, and shipping documentation. Strong computer and ERP skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good communication and teamwork skills. Be punctual and reliable. This position is expected to be primarily in-office due to its involvement with inventory, receiving, and operational functions. Excellent telephone skills Job qualifications: Minimum 3 years’ accounting, AR, or related financial operations experience – REQUIRED Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar program – REQUIRED Accounting diploma, degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience – REQUIRED Experience with inventory accounting, inventory control, or landed costing – PREFERRED Experience with Power BI or similar reporting software – PREFERRED Experience with rental billing or rental management software – PREFERRED Lower Mainland/Vancouver locals ONLY need apply. *CANADIAN CITIZENS/PERMANENT RESIDENTS ONLY* Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance RRSP match Vision care Work Location: In person
