Account & Sourcing Manager - Machined & Fabricated Components

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage customer accounts while strategically sourcing precision machined & fabricated components. This role combines customer service, account management, and supply chain coordination to ensure customers receive high-quality parts on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary contact for customers while working closely with machining suppliers to manage pricing, production timelines, and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Management Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts Manage quotes, orders, and ongoing communication Build strong, long-term customer relationships Resolve issues quickly and professionally Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Source machined components (CNC milling, turning, fabrication etc.) Maintain, build and expand supplier partnerships Evaluate and negotiate pricing and lead times Ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards Order & Project Coordination Review technical drawings and specifications Track order progress and communicate updates Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities What Makes You a Great Fit Experience in machining, manufacturing, or industrial supply chain Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or the aptitude to learn Strong communication and vendor management skills Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also managing the operational side of sourcing and supply chain. Supplemental pay to contribute to an individual plan premium is negotiable for the right candidate. Potential for group coverage to be implemented in 2027.
