Account Receivable clerk for Fleet Billing platforms

Overview Looking for someone with experience in Fleet Billing such as Holman, Element Fleet management and Auto Integrate. Invoices will be prepared for you, and you will be responsible to input into their software and resolving disputed repair invoices. Duties Enter invoices using billing software and accounting systems; verify supporting details and applicable charges. Track accounts receivable, manage collections account follow-up, and resolve billing issues through clear communication and professional negotiation. Accounting experience, including accounts receivable management, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, data entry. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, and third party accounting software is helpful. Strong working knowledge of mechanical terms. Strong math, analysis, account analysis, customer service, phone etiquette, and 10-key typing skills. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 15.0 per week Work Location: Remote
