Role Overview As an Account Manager, you’ll build your book of business while providing freight solutions from planning through delivery. You’ll combine sales, customer service, account management, and B2B sales to support reliable shipping logistics and grow business with existing and prospective clients. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. However, candidates with experience in logistics or freight brokerage are encouraged to apply. Duties New customer acquisition and onboarding Manage client accounts, communicate shipment updates, and resolve service issues. Coordinate transportation planning and freight brokerage across carriers and clients; use transportation management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software to track activity and enter accurate data. Duties as required Your impact: Clear client communication and well-coordinated freight help customers keep goods moving and supply chains on track. Compensation : $40k-$45k Base salary plus uncapped commission Requirements Essential: Strong customer service, client relationship management, negotiation, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
