No prior logistics experience is required. We'll teach you the industry, our technology, and how freight brokerage works. We're looking for people who are willing to learn, comfortable communicating with others, and motivated by the opportunity to build something of their own. What You'll Do Prospect and develop new customer relationships Learn how to price, sell, and manage freight across the U.S. Build and manage your own book of business Negotiate with customers and transportation providers Manage shipments from quote through delivery Solve problems and communicate with customers in real time Grow existing accounts and identify new opportunities What We're Looking For Competitive, driven, and willing to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using technology and learning new systems Able to think quickly and solve problems Willing to prospect, make calls, and develop new business Motivated by performance and career growth Bachelor's degree not required Logistics experience not required Why Blackbox We're building a company where high performers can grow quickly.
