Account Manager – Freight

Full-time, on-site or remote | Vaughan, ON Transam Carriers is an asset-based cross-border carrier with 140+ trucks. We're looking for an Account Manager to look after our existing shippers and grow the freight they give us. What you'll do Be the main contact for a portfolio of existing customers Build strong, long-term relationships through regular check-ins and reviews Work with dispatch to solve service issues quickly and keep customers informed Spot opportunities for new lanes, more volume and better rates within each account Handle rate reviews, renewals and customer requirements What you bring 2+ years in account management or customer success, ideally in transportation or logistics Calm, reliable and service-minded, someone customers trust Strong problem-solving and follow-through Comfortable with numbers, rates and margins; a second language is an asset What we offer Competitive base salary plus a bonus tied to account growth and retention Health and dental benefits A key role at the centre of our customer relationships
