pm&j, LLCJob Title: Account Manager Full Time Reports to: Director of Account Management Job Description: As the Account Manager, you will provide end to end account management with a strong customer focus, working collaboratively with internal and external teams. Job Duties: · Manage specific categories/departments from start to finish · Item Set up forms & maintenance in retailer systems · Pull/receive purchase orders from SPS and internal ERP system · Forecast domestic needs for 1-12mths and update master 3PL forecast monthly (Pets/Other) · Work closely with retailer analyst for forecasts & troubleshooting of orders · Write PO’s for Domestic items and track arrival on time · Work closely with 3PL/fill facilities on shipments, troubleshoot purchase orders and inventory management · Update items in NetSuite (internal ERP system) · Provide invoice confirmations to Finance team · Proof law labels & hangtag approval · Chargeback and Accounts Payable research · Analysis of sales data on a weekly basis reporting trends and opportunities · Track Domestic Inventory & communicate inventory timing/receipts with retailers · Review all PO’s sent to overseas team, communicate any maintenance needs with retailers · Assist Sales in preparation & delivery of presentations to buyers · Perform additional duties upon request from manager Competencies: · Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. · Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures. · Change Mindset - Thrive in dynamic environments and see change as a catalyst for improvement. Qualification: · 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Inventory, or Logistics · Education- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience · Prior experience in retail environment · Prior experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint · Prior experience leveraging AI tools · Prior experience/ability to use retailer systems · Prior experience/ability to learn SPS and NetSuite systems (internal ERP systems) Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Health ins…
