Account Executive – Transportation & Logistics

Maillet Logistics Ltd. is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. We are seeking a true business developer — someone who enjoys finding new opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and turning prospects into long-term customers. Backed by an established transportation network and decades of industry experience, you'll have the resources and operational support to build a successful portfolio of customers. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout Eastern Canada. Develop relationships with manufacturers, distributors, shippers, and logistics decision-makers. Generate new revenue through Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and logistics solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prepare competitive freight proposals and negotiate customer agreements. Build and maintain a profitable portfolio of customers. Collaborate with operations to ensure reliable service and customer satisfaction. Consistently achieve sales and revenue growth targets. What We're Looking For Must be based in Eastern Canada. Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in transportation, freight brokerage, or logistics. Strong business development skills and a hunter mentality. Ability to independently prospect, negotiate, and close new business. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of Canadian freight markets and transportation services.
