Overtime and Benefits Available Age Minimum : 21 Qualifications: Computer Knowledge Required Dispatch Experience Preferred Knowledge of Five (5) Boroughs (Will be tested) Ability to Work in a Fast Paced Environment Ability to Work Various Shifts Must Have Excellent Customer Service Experience. Responsibilities - Coordinate and dispatch transportation services efficiently. - Utilize logistics and transportation management systems to track drivers. - Communicate effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely pickups. - Input data accurately into transportation management software. - Monitor and manage fleet operations to optimize efficiency. - Utilize GPS tools for route optimization.
