Compensation / Benefits
• Lead end-to-end PP solution architecture for multi-plant, multi-country S/4HANA programs across discrete, process, repetitive, and ETO/CTO models
• Design and configure MRP Live, PP/DS, Production Scheduling Board, Variant Configuration, Batch Management, Kanban, and Repetitive Manufacturing
• Define MRP strategy frameworks, planning parameter governance, BOM/routing ownership, and ECM processes
• Drive cross-workstream integration across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, and IBP/APO
• Lead and mentor PP workstream teams (3-10 consultants) across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery
• Own PP cutover planning including open order strategy, WIP valuation, inventory balancing at go-live
• Advise leadership on manufacturing operating model design and Industry 4.0 integration opportunities
• Contribute to pre-sales, RFPs, and practice development as a manufacturing SME
• Travel may be required (0–100% depending on business need)
Tasks
• Minimum 5 years of SAP PP experience including full lifecycle S/4HANA or ECC implementations
• Minimum 5 years of configuration across BOM, routing, work center, MRP, PP/DS, production orders, capacity planning, and repetitive manufacturing
• Minimum 5 years of experience across two or more manufacturing types: discrete, process, repetitive, ETO/CTO
• Minimum 5 years of integration across MM, QM, CO, PM, SD, EWM, and IBP/APO
• Experience in a large Consulting/Advisory firm (Big 4, global SI, or boutique SAP)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
