Fleet Glass Services is an equal opportunity company. Responsibilities: Perform auto glass repairs and replacements with attention to detail and safety standards. Handle glass materials safely, including heavy lifting and proper handling techniques. Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for fitting and installing automotive glass. Conduct manual glass cutting when necessary to ensure precise fitment. Apply automotive glass knowledge for ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) calibration and integration. Operate company vehicles responsibly for service calls and transportation of materials. Assist with auto estimating, invoicing, and customer communication to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including detailing and vehicle maintenance tasks. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven dealership experience or background in automotive glass services preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and auto body repair. Expertise in ADAS calibration, auto estimating, and auto glass replacement techniques. Skilled in manual glass cutting, fitting glass installation, and handling various glass materials. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes. Must be flexible to work weekends and stay at hotels as required by travel and service schedules.
