We're looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our team supporting professional audio, lighting, video, staging, and live event production. This is a hands-on leadership position based in our Yorba Linda warehouse. You'll help oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate employees, manage priorities, and ensure equipment is properly prepared, organized, and ready to go for upcoming productions. From keeping the team on track to troubleshooting challenges and meeting deadlines, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse running efficiently. Schedule Location: Yorba Linda, CA Average Hours: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch break) Schedule may vary based on operational and production needs. What You'll Be Doing Leadership & Staff Management Lead and direct warehouse employees, ensuring productivity, focus, and accountability. Take ownership of warehouse performance, proactively addressing operational and team challenges. Delegate responsibilities, monitor progress, and address performance concerns promptly. Work with the Operations Manager to anticipate staffing and scheduling needs to support warehouse operations. Proactively communicate priorities, progress, staffing needs, and operational concerns with leadership. Recruiting, Training & Employee Development Assist Warehouse Manager with recruiting, interviewing, selecting, training, coaching, counseling, discipline, and evaluating warehouse employees, while recognizing top performers. Reinforce company policies, procedures, and performance expectations through ongoing employee training and development. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve job knowledge. Warehouse Operations & Productivity Prioritize daily operations and projects to ensure efficiency and timely completion. Establish realistic deadlines and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Implement production and quality plans in accordance with customer service standards, resolving issues and identifying trends. Identify and implement improvements to warehouse workflows, productivity, and operational procedures. Contribute to strategic planning and operational improvements to achieve departmental objectives. Assist in developing, implementing, evaluating, and enforcing warehouse policies and procedures. Equipment, Gear & Inventory Management Oversee gear handling and storage requirements to ensure efficient warehouse operations. Assist in developing and improving processes for receiving gear, equipment utilization, and inventory management. Work with the Operations Manager to anticipate equipment needs to support upcoming projects and warehouse operations. Safety, Cleanliness & Compliance Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse in accordance with company standards. Enforce workplace safety standards and procedures, including Cal/OSHA compliance. Implement workplace protection and access policies and coordinate required safety training. Participate in the General Operations weekly meeting, on-call rotation, and be available off hours as necessary. Perform warehouse technician duties when operational needs require.
