A Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) driver

Overview Are you an empathetic individual with excellent driving skills and a clean driving record? We are seeking part-time drivers to help make a positive impact in our communities by safely transporting our clients to their doctor’s appointments, dental visits, dialysis sessions, and hospital discharges. Please note that background checks, drug screening, and some safety driving training are required Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers to designated locations Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatch regarding schedules and any changes. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Skills A good defensive driving techniques. Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in all interactions.
