THE OPPORTUNITY $24.75 per hour starting pay Full-time employment opportunities 40+ hours available weekly based on operational needs Typical shifts beginning around 9:00 AM Overtime paid after 40 hours Weekly direct deposit Paid training and onboarding Company-provided delivery van Performance bonus opportunities No CDL required YOUR DAY HAS A PURPOSE Every shift starts at our Mount Joy terminal, where you'll prepare your assigned vehicle and receive your delivery route. From there, you'll head out to deliver packages to customers throughout the region. You'll spend your day driving, walking, organizing packages, and completing deliveries while following established safety and customer service standards. Your responsibilities include: Safely operating a company delivery van Delivering packages to residential and business addresses Following assigned routes using navigation technology Organizing packages for efficient delivery Entering and exiting the vehicle throughout the shift Maintaining safe and productive work habits Providing professional customer service Communicating with the operations team Completing assigned deliveries within scheduled route expectations WE VALUE RELIABILITY OVER EXPERIENCE You don't need a delivery background to succeed here. We're looking for people who take pride in showing up on time, staying productive, following instructions, and being accountable for their work. Basic requirements: Must be at least 21 years old and 3 years of driving experience Valid driver's license Dependable attendance and punctuality Commitment to safe driving Comfortable working independently Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions Ability to safely lift and handle packages up to 50 pounds when required Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekend availability Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, construction, landscaping, restaurants, retail, hospitality, transportation, or customer service can be a great foundation for this position. No delivery experience required. Paid training provided.
