911 Dispatcher – Emergency Communications Join our team and make a difference in your community. We’re seeking calm, reliable, and compassionate individuals to answer emergency and non-emergency calls, gather critical information, and dispatch police, fire, and EMS resources. This position requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and sound judgment under pressure. Responsibilities Answer and process 911 and administrative calls Dispatch appropriate emergency services Maintain accurate and detailed call records Provide instructions and support to callers until help arrives Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Strong typing and computer skills Ability to remain calm during stressful situations Must pass background check and drug screening Be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays Pay: From $15.00 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
