Job Summary NOW HIRING: 7D SCHOOL TRANSPORTATION DISPATCHER / ROUTER Join Our Team! We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented 7D Dispatcher / Router to join our school transportation team. Our company has proudly provided transportation services for over 31 years , operating a fleet of more than 130 vehicles . Responsibilities: Coordinate daily school transportation routes and driver assignments. Communicate with drivers, schools, and families. Monitor schedules and address transportation changes and delays. Maintain accurate route records and transportation documentation. Help ensure students are transported safely and on time. Qualifications: 7D License: Preferred. We are willing to help the right candidate obtain their Massachusetts 7D certificate. Applicants must meet the applicable state eligibility requirements, including being at least 21 years old, holding a valid driver's license for at least three years, having a satisfactory driving record, and meeting a clean criminal background check requirements. Dispatching Experience: Previous experience in dispatching, routing, or school transportation is REQUIRED . Knowledge of Regulations: Strong knowledge of Massachusetts 7D school transportation requirements is REQUIRED . Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with drivers, schools, and families. Organization: Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple routes, driver assignments, and schedule changes in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Dispatching: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Ability to Commute: Quincy, MA 02169 (Required) Work Location: In person
