4-Car Carrier Driver – Class B CDL

A+ Towing is a well-established towing and vehicle transport company serving Eugene and communities throughout Oregon. We are currently looking for a reliable, safety-minded 4-Car Carrier Driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys driving, working independently, traveling throughout Oregon, and being home every night . What You’ll Do Safely load, secure, transport, and unload up to four vehicles at a time Travel throughout Oregon to pick up salvage and transport vehicles from shops, yards, businesses, and other locations Transport vehicles safely back to our Eugene facility Properly secure all vehicles before transport Complete required vehicle inspections and paperwork Follow all DOT regulations, Oregon laws, and A+ Towing safety policies Provide professional and courteous customer service Communicate effectively with dispatch throughout the workday Keep assigned equipment clean and professional No 4-Car Carrier Experience? We Train! Previous 4-car carrier experience is not required. A+ Towing has an established training program to teach qualified CDL drivers how to safely operate our equipment, load and unload vehicles, properly secure loads, and perform the day-to-day responsibilities of the position. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a good driving record, and a commitment to safety. Schedule Monday through Friday Home every night Holidays off Full-time position Regional driving throughout Oregon Company truck provided Qualifications Valid Oregon Driver's License Class B CDL required Current DOT medical card Clean driving record, with at least 5 years of good driving history preferred Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug test Dependable, responsible, and safety-minded Strong customer service skills Able to safely load, secure, and transport vehicles Able to work independently while communicating effectively with dispatch and customers Compensation $20.00–$28.00 per hour + Performance-Based Bonus In addition to hourly pay, drivers have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through a performance-based bonus tied to driver-produced revenue . Earning potential is based on experience, performance, safety, and production.
