3rd Shift Dispatcher

Job Summary CLT Express is looking for a 3rd Shift Dispatcher for black car service and bus company. You’ll keep overnight transportation operations moving by tracking drivers, responding to emails, and updates across the board. We need a strong mullite tasker that can think fast and who is able to work independently. Duties Track drivers (GPS), as well as provide them with wakeup calls Manage multi-line phone systems and incoming calls; provide professional phone communication, phone etiquette, and responsive customer service. Enter and verify new reservations and changes Communicate updates with drivers,Your impact: Timely dispatch coordination helps drivers stay informed and enables customers and operations teams to receive accurate shipment updates. Qualifications Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills; able to manage phone calls and priorities during an overnight shift. Experience or familiarity with dispatching, transportation management, or fleet management is helpful. Comfort with data entry and typing Must be able to work unsupervised and be willing to do small cleaning tasks.
