3PL Warehouse Supervisor — Houston, TX

About Paramount Logistics Paramount Logistics Inc. provides end-to-end logistics solutions covering multiple aspects of the supply chain, including ocean freight, ground transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and other value-added logistics services. We are currently expanding our 3PL warehouse operations in Houston, Texas and are looking for an experienced 3PL Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and help build an efficient, organized, and customer-focused operation. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily 3PL warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, order fulfillment, and outbound shipping. Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates and daily workload. Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule. Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate inventory discrepancies. Ensure all receiving, inventory movements, and outbound transactions are accurately recorded in the WMS. Coordinate closely with Customer Service and other internal teams regarding customer orders, inventory, and operational priorities. Establish and maintain warehouse procedures and customer-specific SOPs. Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance. Train warehouse employees on operational procedures, equipment, and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Identify operational issues and implement practical solutions. Assist management with staffing, workflow planning, and continuous process improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, 3PL, distribution, or fulfillment experience preferred. Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Hands-on experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) required. Experience with Extensiv / 3PL Central is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and outbound operations. Experience supervising and training warehouse employees. Forklift experience preferred. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing warehouse environment. English required; bilingual English/Chinese is preferred.
