TRG FulfillmentOverview Join our dynamic logistics team as a 3PL Warehouse Receiving Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless inbound operations at a third-party logistics (3PL) distribution center. Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation using warehouse management systems and inventory management software. Accurately perform data entry related to inbound shipments, updating ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems such as AS400 or similar platforms. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility. Conduct thorough inspections of received items for damages, discrepancies, or trade compliance issues in accordance with international trade regulations. Prepare items for storage by stocking shelves, packaging products for order fulfillment, and ensuring proper labeling. Collaborate with warehouse distribution teams to coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping logistics efficiently. Maintain organized records of all inbound shipments, inventory movements, and stock levels using inventory management software and data entry tools. Support customer service efforts by providing accurate information regarding shipment statuses and inventory availability. Experience Prior experience working in warehouse operations or logistics environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms, and inventory management software is essential. Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is a plus. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and stock control methods. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for reporting and documentation purposes. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping tasks. Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining safety standards across all warehouse operations.
