Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Manager to lead our third-party logistics (3PL) distribution operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee warehouse activities, optimize supply chain processes, and ensure seamless coordination between transportation, inventory management, and distribution functions. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. Duties Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment to meet customer demands efficiently. Lead and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a team environment focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) to coordinate freight movement, optimize routes, and manage transportation planning. Implement process improvements utilizing Lean principles and process management techniques to streamline workflows and reduce waste. Monitor profit & loss statements, budgeting processes, and supply chain analytics to ensure financial health of warehouse operations. Collaborate with production planning and demand planning teams to align inventory levels with forecasted demand. Maintain compliance with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and other logistics management tools to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience supervising warehouse operations within a 3PL environment or similar distribution setting. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics management, transportation planning, and inventory control. Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and transportation management systems (TMS). Demonstrated ability in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across multiple functions. Familiarity with freight shipping & receiving procedures, materials management, and distribution operations. Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for data analysis and reporting.
