Warehouse Associate (Full-Time) COMPANY Urva Prep LOCATION 301 Ruthar Drive Newark Delaware TYPE Full-time PAY $17 per hour SHIFT Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm ABOUT URVA PREP Urva Prep Center is a start-up fulfillment center that helps online businesses get their products out to customers, using our own software to keep things fast and organized. We're always improving our tech, so you'll get hands-on experience with how real e-commerce works behind the scenes. WHY THIS IS A GREAT FIRST FULL-TIME JOB Just finished high school, taking a gap year, or looking for steady full-time hours? This role gives you a consistent weekday schedule, reliable pay, and real work experience. No experience needed. We'll teach you everything. You're done at 3 pm every day, so your evenings and weekends are yours. WHAT DOES THE ROLE LOOK LIKE? As a Warehouse Associate at Urva Prep Center, you'll be part of the team that keeps our warehouse running every day. Here's what you'll be doing: Unpacking incoming shipments from our clients (usually small boxes) and checking what's inside using our software. Then you'll print item labels and place the products on carts. Picking items from carts and packing them into larger shipments headed to Amazon fulfillment centers. This is our main service: getting products ready for Amazon FBA. It's how Amazon customers can order something and get it the same day. Helping newer teammates learn the ropes once you've got the hang of things. Your first 30 days will look like this: Within 2 days: You'll learn how to process incoming shipments. By the end of your second shift, you should be able to handle all types of packages on your own. Within 14 days: You'll learn how to pack items and send them to Amazon FBA. This part involves a little more software, but our system is easy to learn and you'll pick it up quickly. Within 30 days: You'll be able to handle all tasks, hit our team goals, and keep mistakes to a minimum. Shifts Monday to Friday 8 Hour Shifts 7:00am-3:00pm What We Expect We want to be upfront about what doesn't work on our team. These are real reasons people have been let go: Showing up late regularly. Being on your phone too much during shifts. Consistently falling behind the team's daily goals for units processed. Repeating the same mistakes after training and reminders.
