3PL Warehouse Associate (Pick, Pack & Ship) Sky Blue Chemical | Cleveland, TN | Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pay: $14-16/hour **Looking to Hire ASAP** *Open to Part Time Labor, 25-29 hours per Week* About Us Sky Blue Chemical is a third-generation, family-owned liquid chemical manufacturer founded in 1963. We specialize in custom blending, toll blending, and private-label manufacturing, and our Tennessee operation now provides 3PL and fulfillment services for customers across the country. We’re a growing team that values hard work, accuracy, and people who take pride in getting orders out the door right. What You’ll Do Pick customer orders accurately from pick tickets or our ERP system Pack and label shipments to customer specifications, including cases, pails, drums, and totes Prepare outbound shipments for parcel and LTL carriers, including palletizing and stretch wrapping Receive and put away inbound inventory, verifying counts against paperwork Assist with cycle counts and keep inventory locations organized Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling of packaged chemical products and PPE use Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and order accuracy Able to lift up to 20 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for the full shift Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small team Basic computer skills for scanning and order entry Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen What We Offer Steady weekday schedule with weekends and holidays off 401(k) plan Health / dental / vision insurance options available PTO and Paid Holidays On-the-job training and room to grow with a company that’s expanding in Tennessee Sky Blue Chemical is an equal opportunity employer.
