3PL Customer Service Representative / Coordinator — Houston, TX

We are looking for an experienced 3PL Customer Service Representative / Account Coordinator to support our Houston warehouse operation. This position serves as an important link between our customers and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate understands 3PL and fulfillment workflows, has hands-on WMS experience, and is comfortable managing customer orders, inventory inquiries, and daily warehouse coordination. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned 3PL and fulfillment customers. Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, inventory, receiving, shipping, and warehouse services. Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately in the WMS. Coordinate inbound receiving and outbound shipping requirements with warehouse operations. Communicate customer instructions, priorities, and special handling requirements to the warehouse team. Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers. Research and resolve inventory, receiving, shipping, and order discrepancies. Assist with returns, inventory adjustments, and other customer requests. Maintain accurate records of customer communications and transactions. Follow customer-specific SOPs and internal procedures. Escalate operational or customer issues when necessary. Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and other internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service. Qualifications Previous experience in 3PL, warehousing, distribution, or fulfillment strongly preferred. Hands-on WMS experience required . Experience with Extensiv / 3PL Central strongly preferred . Experience with order processing, inventory management, and warehouse coordination preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple customers, orders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. English required; bilingual English/Chinese preferred. Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX.
