tems. The technician works with considerable judgment and provides the highest level of vehicle repair expertise. The role also mentors technicians, advises shop management, and supports quality, reliability, and customer expectations.
Bring 310T licensing, advanced diagnostics, and diesel repair expertise to Ryder’s Kitchener fleet maintenance operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, overhauls, and vehicle maintenance
- Coach and mentor other level technicians regularly
- Advise management and technicians on repair procedures
- Use shop management systems and electronic documentation
- Follow safety, DOT, MOT, and compliance guidelines
Requirements
- Valid 310T license and extensive vehicle transportation experience
- Strong mechanical skills and advanced diagnostic proficiency
- Applied experience repairing automotive gas or diesel engines
- Four or more years of relevant experience preferred
- Advanced PC and Windows computer skills required
