Keep Shipments Moving. We're looking for a motivated and experienced 2nd Shift Outbound Lead to help oversee daily shipping operations and provide leadership to our warehouse team. Hours: 3:30 pm - 1:00 am (Monday -Thursday) & 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm (Friday) Additional hours may be required based on business needs Hourly Pay: $22.50 + Shift Differential What You'll Do Provide daily direction and support to outbound team members Ensure shipping functions and documentation are completed accurately and on time Sort packages and use RF scanners to verify shipment status Inspect packages for quality, proper labeling, and damage-free shipment Train team members and provide constructive feedback Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Operate and perform safety checks on warehouse equipment as needed Support cross-training efforts and assist in other departments when required What We're Looking For ✅ High School Diploma or GED ✅ 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or distribution experience preferred ✅ Previous lead, trainer, or team leadership experience preferred ✅ Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems ✅ Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills ✅ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment ✅ Computer and spreadsheet proficiency ✅ PIT equipment experience and certifications preferred Equipment Used Hand-Held RF Scanner Pallet Jack Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) PC and Inventory Systems Work Environment and Physical Demands Work Environment Shipping/Receiving: Fast-paced, standing on concrete floors up to 8 hrs/day. Exposure to loud noise. Functional vision and hearing required. Physical Demands Shipping/Receiving: Heavy, lifting up to 70 lbs., pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs.
