2nd Shift Warehouse Associate

Garvey's Office Products, a subsidiary of Office Depot, Inc. is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented warehouse associate to join our 2nd shift warehouse team! Hours: M-F 3:30 pm to 12:00am Benefits Include: Medical & Dental (UHC), Vision, Life & Disability (UHC), and a 401K retirement plan. The 2nd Shift Warehouse Associate is primarily responsible for the following job duties: Sorts pick tickets according to route colors. Following bulk label or pick ticket to determine quantity and type of product needed to pick. Pulling the correct amount and type of stock out of bins or boxes to fulfill customer orders. Communicating any issues with the products, damages, or misplaced items. Attentively placing the correct item in the correct location. Driving a forklift to move and stack materials. Assembling customer orders from stock and placing orders on pallets in packing area. Moving customer orders from packing area to loading zone. Double checking picked item number and quantity is correct. Performing other duties as requested. Requirements Strong attention to detail Versatile Self-starter Up to 1 year of prior manual picking experience preferred High school degree Dependability Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs Experience using a forklift and/or electric pallet jack preferred Ability to work from 3:30 pm - midnight, Monday afternoon - Friday night Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
