2nd shift Parts Clerk-Conversion

PARTS Clerk WHAT YOU'LL DO Maintaining inventory integrity system (FIFO-Parts Management System) Receive incoming items and verifying contents; opening boxes/crates Distributing items to installation lines (placing items on racks/shelving), locating and relocation items as needed Ordering and returning of items/supplies as needed Operation of forklifts & jacks Inventory and cycle counts Maintaining a clean and organized work area Incidental items pick up outside of port Return/disposal of red tag parts, emptying of hoppers, removal of pallets Perform other assignments as directed WHAT YOU'LL NEED Complete understanding of, or ability to quickly learn, parts and production areas Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites & Strong math skills Possess the ability to prioritize and stock/move items accordingly Ability to read and comprehend part numbers and part suffixes and record numbers/suffixes accurately Ability to operate a forklift in a safe manner, and previous experience with forklift preferred Able to use various hand tools Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs Able to work in all weather conditions Capable of walking and standing for extended periods of time Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmission Who We Are At Wallenius Wilhelmsen, you'll join a global leader in shipping and logistics with more than 9,000 colleagues across 28 countries.
