2nd Shift Laser Unloader/Laborer

YB Welding is looking for a 2nd shift Laser Unloader/Laborer to join our fabrication shop. This position involves unloading fiber lasers and stacking and organizing parts on to pallets. The ideal candidate can work as part of a team and take pride in producing quality parts that meet customer requirements. Scheduled Hours are 4:30pm-3:00am M-TH Key Responsibilities Unload Fiber Lasers Organize parts based on key parameters Operate shop equipment such as: Grinders Forklifts Drills and basic shop tools Basic measuring tools Read and interpret job travelers and product labels Verify parts meet quality requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company procedures and safety guidelines Work with shop lead to meet production schedules Required Qualifications Ability to read and understand product labels and paperwork Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Preferred Skills (Not Required) Experience in a job shop or fabrication environment Forklift experience Familiarity with ISO-style quality procedures What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Overtime (40-50 hour weeks based on work load, 10 hour days) Medical Insurance and paid holidays (after 60 days) 401k plan PTO based on length of service Clean, well-equipped shop Opportunity to grow with an expanding company Supportive team environment that values quality, accountability, and work ethic Pay: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
