Experienced Forklift Operator – Extended Forks & Clamp Attachments Location: East El Paso, TX Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Shift: 2nd Shift, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM Pay Frequency: Weekly Position Type: Long-Term Opportunity Job Description HR Direct Services is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a long-term opportunity with a warehouse operation in East El Paso, TX. We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals with a minimum of three years of forklift operating experience, specifically using extended forks and clamp attachments. The ideal candidate will have strong equipment-handling skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts equipped with extended forks and clamp attachments. Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse. Handle materials carefully to prevent product damage and maintain inventory integrity. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines. Maintain an organized work area and communicate effectively with team members. Complete assigned tasks while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of three years of forklift operating experience. Required: Previous experience operating forklifts with extended forks. Required: Hands-on experience using clamp attachments. Ability to safely maneuver equipment in a busy warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Ability to work the full second-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, if applicable to the assigned schedule. Compensation and Schedule $17.50 per hour. Weekly pay. Second shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM. Long-term employment opportunity.
