2nd Shift (6pm - 2:30am) - Warehouse Associate: $16/hr, Air Conditioned warehouse - Carrollton, TX

Join our 2nd shift team as a Warehouse Associate in our 160K sq. ft. Air-Conditioned warehouse! In this dual-role position, your primary focus will be packing orders with care, while also cross-training as a picker to support daily operations. Employment Details Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16.00 per hour Pay Frequency: Weekly Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM Training Schedule: Week 1: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Week 2: Transition to regular 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–2:30 AM Seasonal Overtime: 5 Sundays starting on October 11 - November 8: 6pm - 2:30am. Overtime: periodically until 4:30am Monday - Friday as needed. Job Duties Double check all orders are fulfilled based on pick list Pack customer orders to prepare for shipment per SOP Accurately label all pallets with shipping details and packing slip Transport packed pallets to shipping staging area via pallet jack Submit daily line sheets to measure performance Cross-train as a Picker using printed pick lists. Required skills · Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to push carts weighing 60+ lbs. Ability to safely climb and descend ladders. Ability to learn and safely operate a pallet jack. Ability to stand, walk, reach, pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods. Ability to walk approximately 15,000 steps during a shift . Must be able to work required overtime when needed, including occasional Sundays. Pre-Employment Requirements Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
