26ft Box Truck Driver (NON-CDL) – OTR Overview Olivello Transportations LLC is seeking reliable, experienced, and safety-conscious 26ft Box Truck Drivers (NON-CDL) for Over-the-Road (OTR) operations throughout the United States. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position operating company-provided equipment. Drivers must be comfortable traveling nationwide and remaining on the road for approximately 3–4 weeks at a time . Compensation & Position Details Estimated earnings: $1,000–$1,700 per week Commission-based compensation (1099 Independent Contractor) Weekly earnings depend on completed loads and freight revenue; earnings are not guaranteed Company-provided 26ft NON-CDL box truck Nationwide OTR operations Approximately 3–4 weeks on the road at a time Home time coordinated in advance Responsibilities Safely operate a 26ft box truck across multiple states. Follow applicable DOT regulations, Hours-of-Service requirements, and traffic laws. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Properly secure freight using straps, load bars, and other equipment. Operate liftgates and pallet jacks when required. Load and unload freight when required by the shipment. Maintain accurate ELD records and delivery documentation. Communicate professionally with dispatch, shippers, brokers, and receivers. Report mechanical issues, delays, and safety concerns promptly. Ensure freight is transported and delivered safely. Qualifications Valid driver's license. CLEAN MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD (MVR) REQUIRED — Applicants MUST provide a current copy of their MVR for review. Driving history must meet company safety standards and insurance eligibility requirements. Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate. Experience operating 26ft box trucks strongly preferred. Familiarity with DOT regulations and electronic logging devices (ELDs). Ability to operate pallet jacks, liftgates, and freight securement equipment. Manual transmission experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage delivery responsibilities. Willingness to travel nationwide and remain on the road for 3–4 weeks at a time.
