26 FT Box Truck Driver- Non CDL Regional/OTR

Job Description Ferrufino Osorio Transport LLC is seeking a reliable, responsible, and experienced 26-foot Non-CDL Box Truck Driver for Regional and Over-the-Road (OTR) freight transportation. We are a growing New Jersey-based transportation company looking for a safety-conscious driver with a strong work ethic, professional communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to provide valid employment eligibility documentation, as required by applicable law. Minimum 10 months of verifiable experience driving a 26-foot box truck or similar commercial vehicle. Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL not required). Clean driving record (MVR). Valid DOT Medical Certificate. Functional English communication skills sufficient for DOT roadside inspections, understanding traffic signs, and communicating with dispatchers, shippers, and receivers. Knowledge of DOT safety regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and Electronic Logging Devices (ELD). Experience with proper cargo securement. Ability to use GPS and mobile applications for load updates and documentation. Ability to pass applicable background checks and drug screening requirements. Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.Responsibilities Safely operate a 26-foot box truck on regional and interstate routes. Pick up and deliver freight safely and on time. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Properly secure and protect cargo. Maintain accurate ELD logs and comply with applicable DOT regulations. Submit Bills of Lading (BOL), Proofs of Delivery (POD), and required documentation. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, shippers, and receivers. Provide timely updates regarding pickups, deliveries, and delays. Keep the vehicle clean and report maintenance issues. Schedule & Home Time Regional and OTR driving opportunities. Flexible scheduling based on operational needs and mutual agreement. Typical time on the road: 14–21 days. Typical home time: 3–5 days. Time on the road and home time are flexible and open to negotiation. Driver must be comfortable with interstate travel . Compensation & Bonuses 25% of weekly gross revenue generated by the truck. Additional performance bonuses when established gross revenue targets are achieved. Hotel Bonus Bonus terms and eligibility discussed during the interview.
