26’ Box Truck Driver

As a 26’ Box Truck Driver, you’ll keep deliveries moving by safely transporting and handling goods between warehouse locations and/or post offices. You’ll use route information and mobile devices to complete deliveries, provide helpful customer service, and support warehouse operations. This role involves driving a commercial truck mostly at night loading and unloading freight, and following safe handling practices. You will need a clean driving history to be considered. Duties Drive a 26-foot box truck or other assigned vehicle along planned routes; follow traffic regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. Load, unload, move, and secure goods; use a pallet jack or other material handling equipment when appropriate. Complete assignments, confirming delivery details with customers. Use mobile devices to review routes, record delivery status, and communicate updates. Support warehouse operations by preparing shipments and handling materials safely. Your impact: Careful driving and accurate delivery help customers receive their goods safely and on schedule. Requirements Work night shift delivering within Amazon Relay’s requirements Experience in delivery driving, commercial driving, commercial truck driving, or as a delivery driver, van driver, or courier is preferred. Warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations, material handling equipment, and pallet jacks are helpful. Ability to drive a box truck and handle loading, unloading, moving, and heavy lifting. Knowledge of safe lifting practices and workplace weight-handling procedures; ability to follow DOT regulations and traffic laws. Customer service skills and comfort using mobile devices for route driving and delivery records. Pay: Up to $220.00 per day Work Location: In person
