Axyde Analytics, LLC is recruiting Fuels Dispatcher / Cross-qualified Operator personnel for anticipated DLA fuels services. Requisition 26-0136-WAR-06; 5 planned opening(s). All positions are award contingent. Employment depends on award, funded staffing needs, required Government approvals, verified qualifications and a mutually accepted written offer. Anticipated mobilization is April 2027, subject to the final Government schedule. Axyde is recruiting for the proposed team; final employer and operating-partner assignments will be confirmed in any written offer. THE ROLE Fuels Dispatcher / Cross-qualified Operator: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline. QUALIFICATIONS Journeyman-level equivalent fuel-dispatch experience; operating FMD dispatch systems, radio communications, fueling/defueling instructions for military and civilian aircraft, and dispatch forms. Learn and demonstrate site parking, airfield layout and operating restrictions before unsupervised assignment. This cross-qualified role also requires journeyman FDSO/DSO capability, current appropriate CDL with tank and hazardous-material endorsements and site flightline-driving qualification. Dispatch must remain continuously covered before performing another duty. Before unsupervised duty, complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised. SCHEDULE AND LOCATION Onsite at Warren AFB. Normal weekday services 0700–1800. Full-time positions include primary, local relief and support assignments. Day, late, overnight surge, weekends, holidays and locally based recall may be required. Individual shifts, response availability, overtime and benefits will be agreed in the contingent offer. No employee will be counted on two simultaneous posts or at both sites. Axyde Analytics, LLC 213 Golden Haze Aly Midlothian, VA 23113 ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS AND VERIFICATION Demonstrate journeyman-equivalent dispatch experience, radio discipline, fuel-service forms, dispatch-system/FMD skills, aircraft fueling/defueling rules, resource status and concurrent-demand prioritization. Protect continuous dispatch coverage during required hours. Evidence and assignment prerequisites Provide dated dispatch assignments, system/course records and examples of aircraft-service coordination. Prior base knowledge is useful; local airfield layout, parking restrictions, communications, access and emergency procedures must be learned and verified for this assignment. Practical assessment Work a simultaneous-request and disabled-refueler scenario using a dispatch log. Any operator relief duty requires separate driver, vehicle and servicing qualifications and a qualified dispatcher replacement before leaving the post.
