Axyde Analytics, LLC is recruiting Terminal Manager personnel for anticipated DLA fuels services. Requisition 26-0136-WAR-01; 1 planned opening(s). All positions are award contingent. Employment depends on award, funded staffing needs, required Government approvals, verified qualifications and a mutually accepted written offer. Anticipated mobilization is April 2027, subject to the final Government schedule. Axyde is recruiting for the proposed team; final employer and operating-partner assignments will be confirmed in any written offer. THE ROLE Terminal Manager: support safe, reliable aircraft and ground fuel services, accountable operations and a fully qualified site team within your assigned discipline. QUALIFICATIONS Master-level equivalent specialized commercial or military fuel-terminal operations and maintenance experience; receipt, storage, issue and shipping experience relevant to the site; broad accounting and laboratory knowledge; significant relevant supervisory experience, preferably recent. Fuels Terminal Manager / Responsible Officer course is required by the contract within 120 days of appointment; Axyde seeks completion before mobilization. Government resume approval is required. Dedicated full-time onsite role; routine shift work cannot displace management. Before unsupervised duty, complete applicable site orientation, safety, environmental/spill training, task qualifications and base access. Personnel clearances and system access must match actual duties. TM, acting-TM and fuel-accounting roles require appropriate clearances under the solicitation; final level/timing remains subject to Government confirmation. No clearance sponsorship is promised. SCHEDULE AND LOCATION Onsite at Warren AFB. Normal weekday services 0700–1800. Full-time positions include primary, local relief and support assignments. Day, late, overnight surge, weekends, holidays and locally based recall may be required. Individual shifts, response availability, overtime and benefits will be agreed in the contingent offer. No employee will be counted on two simultaneous posts or at both sites. Axyde Analytics, LLC 213 Golden Haze Aly Midlothian, VA 23113 ROLE-SPECIFIC SKILLS AND VERIFICATION Demonstrate master-level-equivalent fuel-terminal operations and maintenance experience across receipt, storage, issue, accounting, laboratory and environmental functions, with predominant specialized fuels supervision. Explain how you authorize work, protect dispatch/accounting/laboratory coverage, suspend unsafe service, control suspect product and verify readiness. Evidence and assignment prerequisites Provide dated assignments, scope/assets/modes handled, team sizes, supervisory duties and TM/Responsible Officer course completion evidence. The contract permits course attendance within 120 days of appointment; anyone serving as acting TM must already have completed it. Appropriate clearance and Government resume approval are required. Practical assessment Walk through a simultaneous aircraft-service demand, contaminated-fuel report and absent accountant: identify qualified replacements, protected duties, stop/restart authority and records.
